30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all eligible orders.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after 30 days may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your refund request

  • If your item is defective or damaged, please include photos or a video showing the issue.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will send you a confirmation email and process your refund to the original payment method.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@luveaskin.com.

Include your order number and clear photos or videos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • If your order has not yet been shipped, we will issue a full refund immediately.

  • If your order has already been shipped, we can process your refund once the item has been returned and received at our warehouse.


Large Orders & Fraud Prevention

To maintain fair access to our products and prevent abuse, we do not accept returns for large-volume orders.

A large order is defined as:

  • Any order containing more than 5 units, or

  • Any order with a total value exceeding $150 USD.

Orders identified as fraudulent or abusive are not eligible for returns or refunds. LUVEA reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and deny refunds in cases of suspected fraud or misuse of our policies.


Subscription Orders – Refund & Cancellation Policy

For customers enrolled in a LUVEA subscription:

Pre-Billing Reminders

Before each renewal, you will receive an email reminder containing:

  • The upcoming charge amount

  • The billing date

  • A direct link to skip, pause, or cancel your subscription.


Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Logging into your customer account and managing your subscription settings; or

  • Contacting us at support@luveaskin.com.

There are no cancellation fees.


Refunds on Subscription Charges

If you were charged for a subscription order that you did not intend to place or if you did not receive your order, please contact us within 30 days of the charge.

After reviewing your request, we may issue a full refund to your original payment method where applicable.


Unfulfilled Subscription Orders

If a subscription order has not yet shipped, we will cancel and refund the order in full upon request.
