Free Shipping
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $40 USD.
For orders below $40 USD, standard shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order has been placed and confirmed.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- We do not ship orders on the same day they are placed.
- During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours to receive your shipping confirmation email.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, LUVEA is not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Delivery delays caused by the carrier
- Packages marked as delivered by the courier
If you experience an issue with delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly first.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by their local government.
These charges:
- Are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
- Are the responsibility of the customer.
- Cannot be refunded by LUVEA.
We ship international orders on a DDU (Duties and Taxes Unpaid) basis.
